We offer two methods of whitening under the Zoom brand, including:
- In-office power bleaching – with our in-office power bleaching, patients can see dramatic results in just a single appointment. Most patients relax in the dentist chair while they undergo a full cleaning to prepare the teeth for whitening. Then, the Zoom proprietary whitening gel is applied to the teeth and activated with a specialized light. Within an hour, patients can brighten the smile up to eight shades whiter!
- Take-home whitening kits – instead of undergoing an in-office procedure, some patients prefer to whiten their smile in the comfort of their own home. In these situations, we may recommend our take-home whitening kits that also include professional-strength Zoom whitening gels. The take-home kits include a custom-fabricated tray for the top and bottom teeth that fits precisely over the teeth and applies the whitening gel evenly across the smile. Patients will whiten every day and enjoy gradual, more natural results over the course of several weeks. Patients might even choose to whiten in our office and then continue to brighten the smile with the take-home whitening kits.
