Brought my father here for an emergency extraction. The staff was very supportive, helpful and understanding to my dad. He has a language barrier and the team helped out and was as gentle and explained everything on the way. Thank you to Maria for giving us an appt right awayup. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. A terrible experience somewhere else and the ensuing fear of the dentist that followed caused me to neglect my teeth for much too long. An emergency (infected wisdom tooth) brought me to them and they were super accommodating and got me in quickly. Since then, about 5 months ago, I’ve been there 3 times for cleanings and fillings and they’ve been amazing. Incredibly nice and understanding staff all around. They don’t make me feel bad for the years of not going to the dentist. Brooke and the other hygienists there have helped me to conquer my fear of the dentist!

I just want to start out by saying these people are superstars. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist, Stephanie was thorough. We spoke about an old filling that needed to be replaced at a later date. But they instead squeezed me in with dr. Nagel. I ended up needing a root canal that took a lot longer than expected. Dr. Nagel and his assistant Jess made the experience a good one. They did an extremely through job, and stayed late without rushing anything. Every employee there was pleasant and dedicated to their job. They are all talented and I highly recommend them.

I have been with Gentle Family Dentistry for 3 years. The team has always been personable each time I have visted. They go out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable.. The Dentist staff is empathetic during your experience while making you comfortable and reasuring. Jenna is awesome!! I love the fact that she greets me and calls me by my name every visit. She works with your insurance company to ensure that you are able to maximize your benefits.. On my last visit I had some major work done and the staff reached out to see how I was doing….For me, that was above a beyond. Overall the experience is exceptional, the staff is competent and efficient. I truly appreciate the experience.. Awesome Team!!
