Dr. Ramirez is the best dentist I’ve ever had. My fillings always come out perfect. Friendly office staff. Stephanie went out of her way to fit me in for a filling even though they were fully booked for the day. This place earned every one of the 5 stars I give them.
Dr Ramirez installed a crown recently, and a bridge a few years ago. The fits are perfect and both processes were carried out very professionally. The assistant, Elaine, was pleasant and helpful. Brooke is my dental hygienist, and is great. I highly recommend Dr Ramirez for dental work, and the staff at Gentle Family Dentistry is top-notch.
I have been going here for over a year plus and am thrilled with the care they give. I normally see Dr. Ramirez and he does incredible work and has a great depth of insight and is proactive in his approach to the work needed. Alison does my cleanings and her patience and kindness is a comfort when dealing with someone with hypersensitive pharyngeal reflex due to a palate issue.
They do offer nitrous oxide on site and have an amazing scanner and newest x-ray equipment,

Had amazing customer service from the very beginning with Maria and Jenna both are very respectful and helpful. My brother actually recommended Gentle Family Dentistry and he has also been extremely gratified with the results of Invisalign. The whole team in the office are all very welcoming and very outgoing. The minute I walked in for my first visit I was hesitant because of the work I knew I needed to get done for my teeth, however coming in everyone made me feel at ease and every appointment I have made was worth my time and money. It’s always so hard to find a dentist you can trust which is why I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Ramirez and his amazing staff! Dr. Ramirez is very warm and friendly, takes the time to listen to all your concerns and always makes sure that you’re comfortable! The staff is great !!! Everyone working here are wonderful to talk to, and I feel confident having them look at my mouth!!! I am also doing the invisalign treatment and couldn’t be more happier with my results and the process!! They care about every issue I had and was quick with the fix!!! BEST DENTIST PLACE IN THE VALLEY !!!!
