The staff at Gentle Family Dentistry was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door for my first appointment. My hygienist, Brooke, was incredibly sweet; talking me through the entire process and always making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Ramirez was very personable and asked questions to get to know me better. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, helpful, and caring. By the end of my first appointment I felt like a member of the Gentle Dentistry family!
I had a great experience. I met with Dr. Ladani for my initial examination. He laid out a full action plan on me getting my smile back. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Ramirez with very minimal discomfort. He made me feel relaxed and before I knew it the tooth was gone. I had a deep cleaning with Stephanie that was totally painless so much so that I requested she do the other side as well, as soon as possible. Yes, I actually requested a new dentist appointment as soon as possible!! Finally, Jenna was at the front desk and she took her time answering all my questions completely including how much future procedures would cost. The entire staff was very knowledgable, customer oriented, and they lived up to their name Gentle! I would suggest that if you are having dental issues and hate pain you might want to give Gentle Family Dentistry a try; you will not regret it!!
I was very uncomfortable about going to the dentist, then I began going regularly to Gentle Family Dentistry. Doctor Ramirez, Doctor Gangji, Alison, Jenna and the ENTIRE staff have been awesome and made my visits to the dentist much less stressful. Everyone there is talented, patient, and caring. I recently finished my Invisalign process and am extremely happy with the results. I now have the smile I always wanted – Thank You all!!!!

I have never met a more friendly and accommodating staff as I have at Gentle Family Dentistry. They will take as much time as you need to answer any questions and concerns you may have along the way. If you are the type of person that fears going to the dentist fear not. All of the doctors and hygienists are top notch!!
I’ve been to Gentle Family Dentistry 2 times now since moving to PA. I’ve seen both Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Gangji and both have been phenomenal. They actually seem to want to talk to use and get to know you. Alison is my primary hygienist. She is very good at her job and is gentile. I highly recommend her. Jenna is very nice too.
