Covid-19

We Are Open!

After closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made an informed decision and we are happy to announce our reopening for all routine dental appointments. As we reopen our practice, we will be operating with limited availability:

Monday-Thursday 8:15-5:00

Fridays Available by Virtual Consult

As we welcome you back to our dental practice, please know your wellness is our priority. As such, we’ve taken enhanced measures to protect our patients and staff, including changing our waiting room policies and implementing contactless appointments. Please help us maintain health & safety standards by following these guidelines during your next appointment:

Our office will call to confirm your appointment a week prior to your next appointment. At that time we will screen you for Covid-19 related symptoms. At the time of your confirmation call, we will also ask you for a form of payment for your upcoming visit. This allows us to participate in social distancing throughout the office.

As we transition to our new normal, we’d like to make you aware of our new safety protocols and procedures. Please be assured that with these changes, we are keeping your health and safety a top priority. Aerus ActivePure air scrubbing devices have been installed throughout the office to decontaminate the air and kill any virus particles.

We’ve made several changes to our waiting room. Our waiting room will remain closed for the time being. When you arrive for your appointment, remain in your car, and please give our receptionists a call to let them know you have arrived. Our office staff will meet you at the front door when we are ready to begin your treatment. Patients are always asked to wear a mask or face covering when in the office except when being treated. We will ask you some COVID related questions, have your temperature checked, and follow our hand sanitizing protocols.

We understand patients may have concerns regarding receiving dental care at this time.

Dr. Gangji, Dr. Ramirez, Dr. Lucas, Dr. Ladani, and staff at Gentle Family Dentistry and Implant Center are committed to your health and safety. Be assured our staff is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines. Our staff will be wearing enhanced PPE including face shields, N95 and surgical masks, surgical gowns, hair covers, and gloves.

We appreciate your patience as we work to contact all our patients who have missed appointments over the past few months. We will be contacting all patients whose appointments were missed during the COVID-19 closures starting with patients seeking urgent and emergent treatment.
